Adam Hollingsworth is a seasoned organizational veteran, having served as the top appointed official in the nation’s third largest state and as a senior executive in a Fortune 500 company. He provides strategic insights, management support and organizational leadership for organizations of all sizes.

Drawing on his 30 years of management experience, Adam is a driven and inspiring leader, team builder and communicator. He specializes in creating high accountability, results-focused cultures, and converting data and ambiguity into actionable insights. He’s a driven strategist and tactician with a relentless pursuit of success for the organizations he serves.

He was the longest-serving chief of staff to Florida Governor Rick Scott, overseeing a workforce of more than 100,000 and a budget of $77 billion. In that role, Adam was responsible for the day-to-day functioning of state government, as well as advancing Governor Scott’s policy agenda. During his tenure, the state saw explosive private investment and job creation, along with increased teacher salaries, higher budgets for social services and unparalleled investment in transportation and water quality infrastructure.

Prior to his service to Governor Scott, Adam served as chief of staff to Jacksonville, Fla., Mayor John Peyton and, in his younger years, on Capitol Hill as an aide to two former members of the U.S. Congress.

Adam also spent nearly 10 years in the private sector, first as the vice president of corporate communications and public affairs for CSX Corporation and later as CEO of Parallel Infrastructure LLC. At CSX, Adam led state government affairs for the 23 states in which the company operated. In that role, he led multi-state issues management and public policy advocacy including tort reform, tax and energy policy, transportation funding and economic development. This work also included Adam’s expertise in building and leading teams of contract and in-house lobbying teams, and public affairs professionals, to deliver long-term results.

He and his wife, Amy, live in Milton, GA with their two children, Hugh Michael (17) and Haley (15). They are members of Hope Church in Alpharetta, Ga. Adam serves on the advisory board of directors of Leading Life, a senior living company headquartered in Oklahoma. He also serves on the White Columns Community Association Board of Directors, the King’s Ridge Christian School Board of Trustees and is a former member of the University of North Florida’s Board of Trustees. He received a BA in Communications from the University of Alabama.
