At the conference, Dr. Carrie Henderson presented on utilizing statewide data to bridge skill gaps, develop workforce-aligned educational programs, and strengthen community partnerships.
The Talent Strong Florida Summit, hosted by the Florida College Access Network (FCAN), featured a session dedicated to empowering local leaders with actionable workforce insights.
Dr. Carrie Henderson, Managing Advisor at TSG Advisors – Education, led the session “Unpacking Florida’s Master Credentials List: A Hands-On Guide for Local Leaders.” The session explored the Florida Master Credentials List (MCL)—a powerful tool designed to align educational programs with high-value workforce needs across the state.
