Managing Advisor Carrie E. Henderson, Ph.D., presented during a panel at our partner’s, Community College Baccalaureate Association’s 2025 conference in Austin, Texas. The panel discussed the latest research in 14 states on how tuition and fees in CCB degrees are determined and their actual costs compared to four-year public and private for-profit institutions. They also discussed other innovative strategies for reducing the cost of bachelor’s degrees.
At the conference, Managing Advisor Carrie E. Henderson, Ph.D., and Advisor Katie Grissom also presented on how to create program maps for AA and AS programs, emphasizing timely graduation and smooth transitions to community college bachelor’s degree programs. The presentation highlighted course sequencing and alignment with general education and major requirements and provided attendees with practical tools and best practices to enhance student success and facilitate the transfer process into community college bachelor’s degrees.
