ABOUT / Michael Dougherty

Michael Dougherty joined TSG Advisors – Public Safety in January 2024 as Inside Sales Coordinator. Michael brings a decade of expertise as a seasoned professional in public safety, having served in diverse capacities across several public safety and telecommunications organizations.

Throughout his career in telecommunications organizations, Michael has supported business development initiatives and high-level executives, coordinated and led proposal teams, executed close-out tasks to enhance proposals, and improved win rates through strategic methodologies.

His extensive experience includes roles as an inside sales coordinator, proposal coordinator, and business development administrative assistant, providing comprehensive support for municipal, county, state and federal proposal development and business growth. Michael also brings experience with various CRM systems and managing proposal and sales data in Deltek, Salesforce, ZoomInfo and HubSpot.

Residing in Philadelphia, he is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree
